Backstory: Santo-bot is a Mexican wrestling Reploid from Tijuana. Nobody knows who created him, but one thing is for certain: He is the official successor of El Santo, the famous wrestler of legend. In fact, he is also known as El Santo III.

Outside of the ring, Santo-bot lived a peaceful life, enjoying the luxuries of his villa in Tijuana and filming cult wrestling movies when he wasn’t defending his title of champ. Fortunately for him, the Maverick Wars had not reached his city. It seemed that Tijuana had no strategic importance for anyone, be it the Mavericks or the Maverick Hunters.

But soon, the Eurasia Crisis happened. For Santo-bot, it was quite a surprise; he had been cruising the Pacific Ocean on his private yacht, offering one hell of a party for the wrestling community, when it happened. The climatic consequences didn’t take long to manifest, and his boat was shipwrecked. Santo-bot fell to the bottom of the ocean while trying to lift a lifeboat that had fallen onto the deck. Soon, his life of success flashed before his eyes… and since he didn’t have a single regret, he was ready to accept death and closed his eyes.

However, the next thing he knew, he opened his eyes again and was lying on the nearest shore. How a Reploid of his size had managed to stay afloat was a mystery to him; he had some swimming and diving capabilities programmed into him, but by the time he had fallen overboard, he was in no condition to swim all the way back to the shore— not with a storm blowing, at least. He soon discovered that somehow, the body of a strange Reploid known as Tidal Whale had fused with him. How it happened, he didn’t know, but he was grateful for the second chance that the ocean had given him.

Santo-bot went back to his villa to tried and regain his lifestyle, but Tijuana had taken considerable damage from the cataclysm. It was all in vain. There was no one left to wrestle, there was no one left to film or watch his movies and there were no pretty señoritas to keep him company. It wasn’t long before he discovered that other individuals shared his fate. There were more people out there who had somehow fused with former Reploid villains and were now coming together to form a team.

Personality: Santo-bot is a true wrestler, and there’s nothing he loves more than wrestling. He will never be afraid of a fight, now matter how difficult the fight looks. He also has an incredibly strong sense of justice. He will always fight for what he considers to be the right cause, and one will never see Santo-bot questioning his motifs or beliefs once his mind is set. Santo-bot will always crash head first into any conflict, and he will always try to protect the people who are weaker than he. He has the most unbelievable hero complex of the Critical Masters, and he tends to come up with lots of wrestling moves in every fight.

He is crazy for the ladies, and although he might strike you as Chauvinistic, he actually respects ladies and means no real harm to them. He just can’t keep himself from coming on to them. Also, most people think that he might be crazy because he constantly refers to himself in third person. He also seems to think thaat he is always in a movie, or at least he acts that way whenever he faces predicaments or "wrestles."

Notes:
-Santo-bot loves to drink, but he gets drunk fast. He particularly loves tamarind-flavoured tequila.

-Santo-bot wears a cape most of the time, usually taking it off only when he gets into a "wrestling" match.

-He is a little religious, but he’s not a fanatic. He would sometimes demonstrate this side of him when wrestling, by calling out for "la Virgen de Guadalupe."

-Santo-bot always speaks a mix of English and Spanish, often sounding goofy and outright stupid.

-His wrestling moves are unheard of, and that is part of the reason behind his success. His fans love the crazy names that he can come up with.

-No one has ever seen what he looks like under his mask, as he does everything with it. The day he looses his mask, his life as a wrestler will be over.

-Oh, by the way, Santo-bot is also Naop from the Tech Tyrants. We’re not trying to fool anyone here, hehe.

Quotes: "Time for Lucha!!!"

Tidal Whale's Weapons

Frozen Earth— Tidal Whale has ice breath and can generate a pattern of ice blocks and spikes that have to be maneuvered.  In an emergency, Tidal Whale can shoot ice blocks at rapid speeds, forcing the unlucky opponent to try to dodge them before he or she is crushed between the ice blocks and a wall.

Goo Shaver— Tidal Whale shoots small acid-water globules from his blowhole.  They travel along the ground and may slide down walls, but they cannot go up walls.

Tidal Whale's Weaknesses

Sharp, scathing attacks such as Crescent Shot and Crescent Sword can effortlessly cut through Tidal Whale's ice blocks and damage his exterior, made of a different substance than the skins of the other Reploids.
